Susan C. Freeland
Susan C. Freeland of Monterey, California, is currently a broker associate in the Carmel office of Sotheby’s International Realty. Ms. Freeland has served as marketing officer for Colorado Exchange National Bank in Colorado Springs and as vice president and manager for trust and investment services of Bank of America and 1st National Bank in Monterey. She is president of the Rotary Club of Monterey, chair of the Planned Giving Council for California State University, Monterey Bay, and a member of the California and Monterey County Bar Associations. |

Alfred P. Glover
Alfred P. Glover of Seaside, California, has served as the owner and president of Glover Rockwell Construction/Development Company since 1976. He was a founding director of Bank of Salinas, serving as chairman of the board and of the audit committee, and was later a director and chairman of the audit committee for Bank of Salinas. Mr. Glover is a retired U.S. Army Colonel and has received numerous awards for valor and service, including the Silver Star and three Meritorious Service medals. |

Kurt Gollnick, Chairman of the Board
Kurt Gollnick of Salinas, California, is the senior vice president and chief operating officer of Scheid Vineyards Inc. Mr. Gollnick has served as president of the Central Coast and Monterey Grape Growers Associations, and in 2004-2005 was the first chairman of the Grower-Shipper Association of Central California from outside the vegetable industry in the organization’s 75-year history. |

Daniel R. Hightower, MD
Daniel R. Hightower, MD, of Carmel, California, is the chief of the Department of Radiology for Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula, medical director of the Community Imaging Center, and assistant clinical professor for the Department of Radiology for the University of California, San Francisco. He is the president of the Monterey Peninsula Radiological Medical Group, and director of the Monterey County Medical Society. Dr. Hightower is also the past president and a current trustee of the Carmel Unified School District Board of Education. |

C. Edward Holden of Monterey, California, has over 30 years of banking experience with numerous senior positions held during the past 20 years, including chief executive officer and president, at both large and small financial institutions. He has significant experience in all aspects of banking, including commercial banking, retail banking, asset-based finance, and leasing. Mr. Holden has served as president, CEO and vice chairman of Monterey Bay Bank, and executive vice president, senior lending officer at the Pacific Bank, San Francisco. |

Edward G. Hoyt, Jr.
Edward G. Hoyt, Jr. of Pebble Beach, California, is a 35-year broadcasting industry veteran with extensive experience as an owner/operator of radio stations throughout California. Mr. Hoyt is a REALTORŪ affiliated with Keller Williams Realty in Carmel, and is actively involved in real estate investment and development in Monterey County. He is a member of the Monterey County Association of REALTORSŪ, Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, and Carmel Chamber of Commerce. |

McKenzie Moss
McKenzie Moss of Carmel, California, currently serves as the chairman of the board of Pan Pacific Bank, a Fremont-based bank established in 2005. From 1996 to 2003, Mr. Moss was a director and chairman of the board for Monterey Bay Bank, a $600 million bank based in Watsonville, California. Mr. Moss has 38 years of banking experience including 30 years as a bank executive and another eight years as a bank director. Since 1992, has served as an adjunct lecturer of finance for Golden Gate University. |

Francis H. Rianda
Francis H. Rianda of Gonzales, California, is a partner in R. C. Farms, an agriculture company with 10,000 crop acres in production in the Salinas and San Joaquin Valleys and in Yuma, Arizona. He is a partner in Gonzales Irrigation Systems with outlets in Gonzales and King City, and owner of Coastal Tractor dealerships with outlets in Gilroy, King City, and Paso Robles. Mr. Rianda is active with the Gonzales Young Farmers Organization and is an elected member of the rural fire board. Mr. Rianda was a founder of Cypress Coast Bank in Seaside, California. |

Greg Thelen
Greg Thelen of Carmel, California, is a certified public accountant and partner at the accounting firm of Thelen and Chang, LLP. He has lived in Monterey County for over 48 years. He worked for Deloitte and Touche from 1978 to 1998 before opening his own accounting practices. Mr. Thelen is a current board member for the CPE Forum of the Central Coast, an organization that provides continuing professional education to CPAs and attorneys. He has served on the board of several community organizations, including Sportsfest and the Kinship Center. |

F. Warren Wayland
F. Warren Wayland of Salinas, California, co-founded the firm
Hayashi & Wayland and is currently the Managing Partner. Wayland
has over thirty–eight years of diversified tax, audit and
business–consulting experience serving major clients in several
industries, especially the agriculture industry. He earned his
degrees at the University of California, Davis. He is a member
of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and
the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is
currently serving as Chairman of the Board of the Salinas Girls
Fast Pitch, Inc.

C. Fred Rowden, President & Chief Executive Officer
C. Fred Rowden of Salinas, California, has more than 40 years of experience in banking, including 16 years in the Monterey area and 19 years as the president of four commercial banks. Most recently, Mr. Rowden was the president and CEO of Central California Bank, where he oversaw the bank's growth over six years, leading it from $27 million in assets and three branches to $420 million in assets and 15 branches. Prior to joining Central California Bank, Mr. Rowden held similar positions at East County Bank in Antioch, Cypress Coast Bank in Seaside and Monterey County Bank, orchestrating growth and safe and sound operations in each. |

Jayme C. Fields, Executive Vice President Financial Officer
Jayme C. Fields of Monterey, California, is a CPA with over 17 years of banking and accounting experience. She served as controller (1996-2005) and chief financial officer (2005-2006) of Community Bank of Central California (now Rabobank), where she implemented a board of director deferred compensation plan and a stock repurchase plan, as well as listing the company stock on NASDAQ. From 1989 to 1996, Ms. Fields was employed as audit staff then audit manager by Deloitte & Touche in Salinas. Prior to that she served as audit staff at Arthur Young in Walnut Creek and at Diehl Evans & Company in Santa Ana. Ms. Fields is member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and serves her community as a board member of United Way Salinas Valley and a representative for the Neighborhood Improvement Program of the City of Monterey. |

Geoffrey M. Loftus, Executive Vice President Credit Officer
Geoffrey M. Loftus of Carmel Valley, California, has a 30-year banking career focused in credit origination and administration. Mr. Loftus was most recently senior vice president and chief lending officer of Central California Bank, a $420 million 15-branch bank, which was acquired by Umpqua. Mr. Loftus began his career as a loan officer in 1975 with Monterey Savings and Loan Association, where he was promoted to vice president and manager of the Santa Cruz branch. He joined First National Bank of Central California in 1986 as vice president of lending, where he managed large commercial real estate credits and helped design real estate appraisal review and evaluation programs. In 1996, Mr. Loftus joined Community Bank of Central California as first vice president and loan team leader. |

Daniel L. Walls, Executive Vice President Lending Officer
Daniel L. Walls of Salinas, California, was most recently the first vice president and senior credit officer of Community Bank of Central California. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Walls served as the bank's vice president, commercial lending, responsible for developing new commercial loans totaling $200 million. Over his 20-year career in banking, Mr. Walls has acquired comprehensive knowledge of commercial/consumer lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and a solid understanding of credit risk, loss exposure, and interest rate sensitivity. Mr. Walls started his banking career at First Interstate Bank in 1986, serving first as financial service manager and later as personal banking officer. He was the assistant vice president, commercial lender for Mitsui Bank in Beverly Hills from 1990 to 1992. Mr. Walls serves on the board of directors of Palma High School and is past board member of F.O.O.D. Crops. |

Marilyn Goode, Executive Vice President Administrative Officer
Prior to joining 1st Capital Bank, Ms. Goode served as Senior Vice-President and Chief Administrative Officer from 2002 to 2006 with Central California Bank, a $400 million community bank headquartered in Sonora, California, which was acquired in 2006 by Umpqua Bank where she held the title of Senior Vice President and Regional Manager, until joining 1st Capital Bank in July 2007. Ms. Goode’s banking career spans 40 years, the last 20 in senior management positions.
